Where is my order/delivery?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Click on the tracking code, which will take you to our shipment provider's website, where the tracking informations will be displayed.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard Delivery takes 4-6 working days. Orders to Scotland and Wales are delivered in 5-6 working days.
We aim to ship out all orders placed before 10:30am on the same working day*, while any orders placed after 10:30am will be shipped the following working day.
Working day delivery is Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or during a Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day.
*Fulfilment times may vary during busy periods such as Christmas, Easter or Black Friday Sales.*
Where do you ship to?
We offer shipping to addresses within England, Wales and Scotland only. We currently do not ship outside the United Kingdom.
What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?
If you're not in, our delivery partner will try to redeliver up to two more times.
Alternatively, they'll leave a calling card confirming that they've either left it with a neighbour, left it in a safe place, when they will try to re-deliver or give you details on how to collect it.
What should I do if my order is missing a product?
We're sorry to hear that you haven't received a product in your order. Please get in touch at info@heathlondon.co.uk where someone will be able to fix this for you.
Can I return my items?
We hope you will be completely happy with your order.
Should you however need to return an item to us, please contact us at info@heathlondon.co.uk.. Please attach a copy of your invoice, a contact number, and the reason for your return.
Once processed, please note that refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.

Yes, all our products are vegan friendly.
Do your products contain Parabens, Sulphates or Artificial Colourants?
No, all of our products are free from Parabens, Sulphates (SLS SLES) and Artificial Colourants.
Are your products made in England?
Yes! All Heath products are proudly made in England.
How do I recycle my empty products?
At Heath we are committed to being as sustainable as possible, so we've made all our packaging fully recyclable.
How to recycle the products:
Tubes: Dispose of empty tubes with the cap on in the recycling bin.
Bottles: Dispose of empty bottles and pump seperately in the recycling bin.
Eye Serum Bottle: Dispose of empty bottles with lid on in the recycling bin.
Do you use synthetic ingredients in your products?
At Heath, our products are formulated with natural and naturally derived ingredients wherever possible. Some man-made ingredients are used to ensure our products are stable and perform to the highest standard, nevertheless we guarentee at least 90% naturally derived ingredients are used in the formulas across the Heath range.
How long will the products last?
All Heath products have a 12 month period after opening, meaning you have a year to use them once you've opened the product.
